Polyethylene foam

Polyethylene foam - a packaging material with many advantages: flexible, yet tear-resistant, adapts to the shape of products, has good insulating properties. The foam structure protects against shocks and impacts. Thanks to its resistance to dirt and water, it guarantees the cleanliness of products and protects them against moisture. The foam is used to pack brittle and brittle parts or as separators in many areas of the economy: automotive, machine manufacture, textile industry equipment, furniture industry, glass industry, etc.

The foam is produced from low-density polyethylene, which is recyclable. As a standard, it is white in colour and may also be available in other colours. Polyethylene foam is available in rolls from 0.1 to 2 m wide and 0.8 to 15 mm thick, as well as in sheets and laminates (e.g. with polyethylene and HDPE films). The foam is wound up in rolls of 100 m as standard. It is also possible to make perforations.

As a result of the implementation of innovative technology in the production of low-density polyethylene foam by our company, we have launched new products on the market: SONG polyethylene foam, SONG polyethylene foam sheets, SONG laminated foam, SONG cut foam in the form of crosscut band materials. SONG foam is produced from the highest quality granulates, which are characterized by high mechanical and physicochemical properties.

It is sold in rolls from 0,1 to 2 m wide and 0,8 to 15 mm thick. Since it is thinner than bubble foil, there is more of it on one roll (the reel of the foam depends on its thickness), which reduces transport costs.

We sell SONG polyethylene foam sheets in any size. The sheets are widely used, among others, in the furniture industry and in transport. They are used to move pallets, which enables better use of storage space and safer transport of products, and to protect flat surfaces.
